I made extensive and detailed arrangements to meet friends & family at the Council Bluffs, Harrah’s property where I have stayed on numerous occasions. So naturally, I was looking forward to being able to visit the Council Bluffs, IA casinos. I received a promotional mailing offering 3 free nights hotel, $25.00 food credit and $45.00 free slot play (see enclosed) from Caesar’s Entertainment.
